Soulmates
This poem tries to describe the feeling you have with that one special person that just seems to complete yourself, your true soulmate. It is not quite the same as love, but rather that indescribable feeling as if you know one another through and through and the world just seems so much less complex when you're together, even though you got to know one another but recently. And maybe, once in a lifetime - if you're really really lucky - that soulmate turns out to be your true love and allows this feeling of warmth, comfort and recognition to grow into real and unconditional love. |
When old souls come together true magic can occur when feeling not remembering the soulmates we once were
By telling complete stories without the need for books by feeling what you’re thinking with just exchanging looks
By giving without taking and receiving just as much by feeling great together to love without to touch
With just a simple word you make me feel so fine by all your selfless caring I know that I found mine |
